My stress challenge for the day is to make most my tasks for the day easily achievable. I will do what I can and try not to push myself too much. Pushing myself too hard has been an issue.

It ended up this person not walking with me and we had a good pace.

There shouldn't be anymore stress for the rest of my work week.

One of my goals should be not to take things personally. Sometimes crap just happens and I can get over it (when I try)

Perhaps the person that you are walking home with, can keep a bit faster pace with you rather than you keeping their pace. Just jump it up a smidgen to where they won't notice as you will be helping not only you to be more fit but them also and they won't even know it.

Please stick to your leaving time and don't compromise yourself there.

My stress challenge today is a meeting from 4-6pm... I hate work things at night, groups tire me out, small talk sucks. And then I have to walk home with a very slow person... which will make a 20min walk into at least half hour or longer.

What can I do?
I can be thankful that I set the boundary of me leaving 6pm. I can enjoy my day before that and not worry about the meeting. I can enjoy some of the people at the meeting. I can practice thankfulness

Stress test: vulnerable, but I really think I should be higher up the scale cuz living in a high stress environment

My biggest stress comes from my boss; we clash personality wise and I have a lot of issues with the way he handles things. I know that I can only take responsibility for my side of the relationship.
Another stress right now is a relationship I value very much but where I am not sure anymore what I can share with that person.
The third stress is the current reality of frozen pipes and other house problems.

Experience:
instead of emotional eating as response to stress I walk
writing down my stressors is helping

a big part of my stress is probably my self-talk

Goals:
practice 'letting go'- not everything is aimed at me, a lot of it is just a normal part of life
walk/ exercise instead of eating
breath during Yoga practice and see above about 'letting go'

I'll add more.
