11/5 - got in a run! no foot issue thankfully, up an down 4 flights of stairs. love firedrills not
11/6 - squats
11/7 - short run, better than no run!
11/8 - removing dead trees from trails, lots of hiking!
11/9 - 2 hour XC ride on horse
11/10 - nothing
11/11 - squats, groomed the horse
11/12 - nothing
11/13 - squats
11/14 - brisk walking
11/15 - bathed a dog
11/16 - brisk walking, moved a couch from basement to street
