I checked into the local physical therapy place and told them all my issues, and they worked up a routine to help all my issues! I proactively did this when my new doc refused to give me a physical therapy slip. My PT place charges very little per month for this, and it is so worth it! I workout two days per week for starters.

I also dosome PT, yoga and aerobics in the pool. I change up my routine each time so it doesn't get boring. I do laps when I am stressed or an issue is bothering me. Laps bring me almost instant relief. I try to do the pool two days a week at least.

I walk each of the dogs daily which gets me ten to twenty minutes of walking.

I plan to start booking a massage each week too. I can get a cheap one at the massage school.

Little by little I am getting out more.

I try to have a regular fitness routine, but lately it hasn't been working. What I used to do however, I think helped a lot. I sat down with a list of workouts I'd like to do. I'd then separate them into categories (arms, legs, butt, abs, total body) and see how many reps/sets each called for. I'd pick the top 4 or 5 I felt worked best together and then paired two or three of them together. At the end, I'd have a workout for every day of the week. What I normally tried to do was have a set for Monday/Wednesday/Friday and one for Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday. I'd try to keep it to where my workouts where about half an hour or so long. That seemed to work for me, and I'm thinking about doing it again.
