I think that if you practise a good measure of portion control, you can have a taste of the burger,
but not the whole burger ! I would also slip the strip of bacon out, and save it for someone else.
Also, fill your plate with lots of salad, and you should be o.k. !
Have fun, with your family !
( Also, you should drink only water, and avoid the coolers ! )

Well ever since my trip down to lake charles for my cousins graduation party from college and ive splurged over the weekend 8/5/17 and again on Monday 8/7/17 ( ate at texas roadhouse fried pickles, bacon cheeseburger & a Kenny Cooler w/ kicker) its been a REAAAL BIG battle for me to keep on track . Ive even had little fall backs this weekend and to top it all off my aunt gave me all these gift cards to all these different resturants but i had my will power weakened ever since 8/5/17. And now since i have been dealing with my aunt that has bipolar and all of her drama recently i just want to go and stop at texas roadhouse again and pick up my food go home and turn on turner classic movie channel. BUT i don't want to ruin my weight loss progress tho cause this weekend im going shopping for some jeans that actually fit that are a size 4. But i don't know how to get my will power back to where it was before the trip down to lake charles. omgies. Plus i do have an issue of being an emotional / stress eater somewhat. OMGIES HELP!!!!
