So looking at this, I posted on the original weight in too last week. By the time I figure this out, the challenge is going to be over. Sorry guys! So here's what I posted last week.

SW 265.4
CW 263.8

Pretty good considering Aunt Flo came for her visit this morning! Doctor said she wants me to lose 8 lbs in the next two months. Won't she be pleased when I've lost more than 10?!

Rhonda - we're going to rock this!

I posted it on the original weigh in post. I lost 1 pound. I didn't know where else to post it. Sorry did the weekend challenge too. I think I posted that in the vixens chat room or on my original weigh in page.

+ .6 gain. Not as bad a gain with TOM.
It'll be better next week.

1. Enjoy Ecotrek 3 days/week (combines cardio and strength outdoors for 75 min) and other cardio (trail running, walking, hiking) 3 days/week.

2. Eat whole foods and practice correct portion controls.
