Fill the tub would be a good one, i need some help getting water in, i realise the challenges in main will be different each week, this week was a good one for water i need it but i dont know how i will keep up with water when there isn't a challenge for it.

I don't know how much I can contribute here (since I haven't been a part of the group for a while), but I did like the QOTD. I also like any games to keep me busy (so that I stay away from the fridge!!!).

Whoa!!! I had to brush the dust off this thread! emoticon

Question: Are there any features that you wish we still had active, or you wish they were done differently?

Sometimes a break away from something is good because it makes you realize how you really felt about it. Are there things we've changed/deleted/added that you wish were different? For example, anyone wish we still had Fill-The-Tub (where we tallied our daily cups of water drank to see how long it take to fill a tub/pool/etc)? Or remember how team members used to submit a QOTD? Or maybe you miss a game like A-Z foods or change a letter but not their order?

Please let us know! The site is here for you to use, learn AND have fun!!!

Good feedback! I heard from some of our team members via Spark Mail and it seems like the overwhelming majority prefer to submit their questions in advance and have them asked in random order.

So our next important deed is to submit those questions to our QOTD maestro, BLT1952. Let's submit 10 each, because there are bound to be duplicates, and if we do it at the beginning of INSPIRE, we won't have to worry about it again later.

This will be in an upcoming challenge, so start digging up those questions ladies!!!!

Reason - sometimes you might sign up for a specific date but something unexpected comes up and you may not be able to post a question that day.

I had a hard time with challenges that took a lot of time (like making a collage). I'm also only an occasional blogger--but I don't mind summing up a week's efforts in an occasional blog. And there's just no way I will ever get in my needed potassium!

I really enjoyed the fill the tub challenge. It helped me stay on track with my water intake.

Probably fried chicken. I love it and haven't been able to eat it for years now, but if I could, I'd probably eat it almost everyday if I knew it would never make me fat, regardless of how much I ate!

I think it's a great tool for those who struggle with getting their water consumption. I liked it when I had the problem but now I am really good about getting my water so I would prefer to not have to log it. But I wouldn't want to take away from someone who counts on it. Maybe have it for those who want and need it? But no pressure to do it for those who don't.

I could go either way with this one - I do tend to think more about how much have I drank that day - but it is another thing to keep up with too

I guess I would have to say yes - if it will help me and others keep track it is worth keeping up with!

What's the biggest challenge you are currently facing in getting fit?

Finding enough time and energy to do everything. I'm currently working 50-60 hours a week (and am thankful for the job), trying to help DH with his work, getting used to new medications, and spending the rest of my time on Spark. I need 48-hour days!

I am doing well on journaling and other forms of de-stressing, planning my meals in advance and cooking healthy meals, but it's getting harder to put in enough exercise time and have the energy to drag myself to my recumbent bike.

My biggest challenge is sticking to the plan. I do well for a bit, and then take an about face and one bite turns into a bag, which turns into a meal, which turns into a couple of days (or more) of eating really poorly.
Don't quite know why I let myself take such a detour, except that I am trying to satisfy something now and not willing to wait for what I really want. emoticon
