My goal last week was 72,000 steps and I came up short by 4,403 steps so I'm keeping my goal the same this week. I've only broken the 72,000 step goal once and I know I can do it again!!!

Reached a new daily high of 28k steps last week and almost reached 150k steps for the week! Goal for this week: 20k daily average steps and 150k total and 30k one day total. Friday and Saturday may be lower due to travel.

I am going to keep my daily goal to 27,000 steps per day and keep my weekly goal to 200,000. I will now track my total Active Time. My goal is to keep it above 7 hours daily. I will also be tracking my floors climbed but as I don't really encounter many steps in my travel I will be interested in seeing how high I can get this number on a daily basis. Keep moving people, I know I will! DON'T GIVE UP!!!

(Let's roll with this same message again, I think it is an important reminder.) As summer rolls in there are so many more opportunities to bask in mother nature's warm temperatures.
