This is my second week on SP, I have been tracking my food religiously everyday and have worked out almost every day (missed 3 days, sick). I burn 500+ calories a day and eat 12-1300 calories a day. Next week I will add weight lifting to my plan. I have only lost 1 lb but I feel good, and have more flexibility. I stretch out twice a day for 30 minutes so I dont get runners knee. I have tight hip muscles. The stretching has helped a lot.

I weigh myself every Saturday morning. I don't wanna be a slave to the scale, if I feel it in my clothes that is good with me.

Dont give up. Keep going.

Just starting this challenge now. Better late than never.

Sunday:
Jogged for 3 miles.
Didn't track my food but didn't eat that bad either.
I will start tracking today to have my calorie counts more visible to me.
Didn't quite make my 8 glasses of water per day.
I will do better tomorrow.

Tracked my food Saturday, Sunday and Monday - and then lost momentum Tue/Wed. Back on track today. Tracked my food, fitness and water and sleep! Yay! Was down to 154.5 Sat morning and then blew my diet by eating a ton of fried and bad food while on a weekend away with hubby. Gain back almost 2.5 pounds by Tuesday morning! What a total bummer!!!! Will get back on track and not let this little hiccup derail me!

I went back to my kickboxing class tonight. I got my behind kicked for an hour. I'm so happy I went though! I also tracked all of my meals today.

Workout: PiYo Sweat + Upper Body Workout
Nutrition: not well planned, but nutritionally sound. I need to plan in advance!

Did a good job of making a To-Do list this morning and checked everything off - feeling accomplished!

I also unknowingly posted this in the wrong place by creating a new thread instead of replying, so... if someone can either delete that for me, or tell me how, I'd be happy to clean up my mess! :)

The only bad workout is the one that didn't happen!

I'm great at tracking during the work week, but not so good during the weekend. Because it is Monday I'm going to make today my day to start being consistent in EVERYTHING.

So
I've tracked my food for the day and must stick with my dinner plans.
I worked out for half an hour (cardio and strength) first thing this morning.
I've drank a ton of water (my goal is a gallon a day).

A good start to my week and to August.
I will check back daily to post and see how everyone else is doing (that's my plan anyway!) emoticon

I tracked my nutrition yesterday, and got in some exercise and drank half of my water.

I did get my exercise in yesterday, but I didn't track all of my nutrition, though I know that I was under my calories. I wasn't really hungry so that was fortunate.

Hey, Team, it's August already! We've been discussing accountability on the Daily Chat thread; let's put ourselves out there and be accountable.

This challenge is easy - set a minimum number of fitness minutes you will do (no less than 10 minutes) at least five days a week, and pledge to stay within your calorie range and log all of your nutrition in the fitness tracker. Then come back here and post your progress daily, or as often as you can, to stay ACCOUNTABLE to yourself. We'll be watching!

Doing my best...one day at a time.
