Thanks all! I have gotten in two great work outs so far this week and measure/weight in day is tomorrow. Benn running around like a chicken with my head cut off because of family commitments and trying to help out but I know it is helping because i am staying too busy to be snacking. Add to that we have had an absolutely chaotic week so far at work and classes have started I have no time to snack or pig out right now!

Congrats!! Yes, small changes can add up; doing it a little at a time by tracking your nutrition and then adding movement seems to be the best way to start.

Doing my best...one day at a time.

I am hoping this is not a fluke but after 10 days of "restarting" my lifestyle change I took my weight and measurements. I am down 1 pound and 1 1/2" in my waist and that is with just calorie counting and cutting! This has motivated me to get the 30 minutes a day at lunch in at the gym, make that time for me! My deadline is looming, 93 days but with this small boost I am more positive than ever that I can do this!
