We've made it to the last week of January! How is everyone doing?

Your challenge this week is to track your food. If this isn't something you do regularly, just try it for a day or so. Tracking your food can give you real insight in what you're eating and how your nutrition stacks up.

Personally, this isn't something I do very often, and I'm usually disappointed in myself when I do. But it is a useful tool that I need to utilize more often. Especially now since I'm back to trying to lose the extra 15-20 pounds that I've put on since mid-October.
