Challenge 2 - half way through my walk my knee went out on me! I got in 20 minutes. I don't know if hyperventilating counts as aerobic, or not, but I had 15 minutes in before it went out on me.

Challenge 1 - I thought I was in range, then realized I forgot to tack a handful of peanuts. Over by 79 calories and my fat percent was over by 2%. Lost another quarter of a pound.

Challenge 1 - over in calories, good on the rest. By the way, I've lost 2 pounds this week, despite being over on calories. I don't think my activity has increased more than usual. It may be it's getting cooler. I tend to bloat/retain fluid when it's hot and humid.
Challenge 2 - I did moderate resistance, which may have been low impact aerobic, as well, but I didn't monitor my heart rate.

Not good for the 4th through 6th. I didn't even finish tracking calories. I was over each day. I know I got enough fiber and water. I even got 5 freggies, except for the 6th.

As for exercise, I've done functional fitness all 3 days. It's been resistance all 3 days and aerobic for 1. I've put in 361 minutes total for the week.

Challenge 1: 1st & 2nd. Calories, freggies, water all good. My fiber is already in range, so I'm not trying to increase intake.

Challenge 2: Resistance on Monday, cardio on Tuesday. My goal is cardio 3X a week, not every day.

Good Morning Team,

Here we are with another New Month and New Challenges before us....

You did great for the month of June, let's get ready for another awesome month...

I will send out your Goodie awards and will announce on our Team Wall the Members who joined me and worked on their June Challenges.... Great Work Team!

I have 2 Challenges for you to do...Hope you will come onboard and join me for a great month of July...

Team Challenge # 1

Drink between 6 and 8 Glasses of Water per day.

Meet your Daily Calorie intake

Eat between 5 to 8 Servings of Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day

Increase your Fiber intake

Team Challenge # 2

Cardio daily and raising the bar between 20 and 30 minutes or more per day

Strength Training 3x per week, with aiming to get between 20 minutes and 30 minutes or more each session....you chose the exercise and the minutes you will train each session

Walk, Jog, Run, Swim at least 2 to 3x a week of more, and challenge yourself to push ahead with raising the bar to your personal best.. See how many minutes you can achieve.
