I have been quite remiss!

23rd:
Challenge 1 - everything in range, except I didn't get 5 freggies.
Challenge 2 - rested.

Today, 24th,
Challenge 1 - because I'm gone all day and have packed, I already know I'm in range with everything, except I'm short a freggie and over on my sugar goal by a little, but not much. (Those apples!)
Challenge 2 - 120 minutes of walking, some of which is aerobic.

Challenge 2 - still dealing with pulled back muscles, but was more active. I walked 7 minutes and worked in the kitchen making tomato sauce for an hour, peeling, de-seeding and mashing, then cleaning up my mess.

Challenge 1 - Everything was perfect, except sugar, but that's because I ate a huge apple.
Challenge 2 - 35 minutes of resistance. And the knots are so big and numerous in my back and neck, I only got 4.5 hours of broken sleep! Visible spasms in my back, neck, shoulders, chest, etc. Pain!

Good Job on your achievements for the month of July. You have worked hard to meet your goals for your Nutritional intake and your Daily Fitness...

May I encourage you to keep up the fantastic work for this next new month of August....

I will be sending out our Team Goodie Awards in the next few days, if you haven't yet recorded your Monthly achievements for July I encourage you to get your July Challenges up to date so I know the members who joined us and I send out the appropriate awards to each member who has accomplished their monthly goals.

For this New Month I have 2 Team Challenges for you to join. I hope to see you all onboard for another successful Month ahead...

Team Challenge 1

Meet my daily calorie intake

Drink between 6 and 8 glasses of water

Eat between 5 and 6 servings or more of Fresh Veggies per day

Get the daily quota of your Fiber intake daily that is best for you

Team Challenge 2

Letís Continue on with Raising the Bar to Our Personal Best with Increasing Our Daily Fitness Minutes

Try out a new Exercise at least 2x this month

Walk, Run, Ride, Swim, Jog, at least 3x per week at least 20 minutes or more each session

Cardio daily, between 20 minutes or more per session You chose the exercise that is best for you ...

Strength Training 3x per week at least 15 minutes or more per session
