Day 15 So I guess I am on to week 3 --- feeling a little lost and lonely but this is a personal challenge for me so will walk it by myself if I need to!!

I repeated week 2 last week and nailed it! I walked 6 times last week, ranging from 30 minutes- 1 1/2 hours.

Though I didn't walk 3 days per week, I did finish out week 2. I walked 65 miles and just over 2 miles on Friday. May repeat week 2 next week to make sure that I am walking 3 days per week.

Done with week 2, and still pretty much in my comfort zone. I know it get's more challenging from here.

Onward!

A women is often measured by the things she cannot control.
She is measured by the way her body curves or doesn't curve, by where she is flat or straight or round.
She is measured by 36-24-36 and inches and ages and numbers, by all the outside things that don't ever add up to who she is on the inside.
And so if a women is to be measured, let her be measured by the things she can control;
by who she is and who she is trying to become.
Because as every women knows, measurement

Finished Week 2 last night. Really wanted to quit at 1/2 mile, hot and lacking energy. But just kept putting one foot in front of the other and was so happy that I had kept going. Week 3, get out of my way because here I come!

Week 2 has been completed. I have been walking with my husband on our high school track. He is always a lap ahead and he passes me before we are through with our walk. Not today! He was a lap ahead but he never passed me!!
