Well, I completed week 2 earlier this week! I'm a workout behind my schedule because I had to skip one day last week. One morning I woke up and was experiencing a lot of pain in the muscles located on the back of my legs, near my knee joint. I had walked a couple miles the day before, but I'm not sure what caused them to hurt so badly. Maybe I was lengthening my stride further than I should have? I've had chronic knee pain my entire life, but I don't ever remember it being in the BACK of my knee. Anyway, I recovered quickly after that first day of pain and I'm still ready for week 3!
