Em that sounds like a solid plan. Sleep is so important. It definitely, eludes me. I have been working out consistently. My eating is so so. AF tonight! I think I am going back to Keto! Keep being gentle with yourself.

DH got a new pillow and is mostly quiet- still smoking so some coughing. I seem to be catching up with sleep. Taking it easy..I am steering this ship in the right direction. Being gentle with myself.
I'm 159.4 today. I'm ok with that as I veered off plan.
Going to stick with my healthy eating. Sleep! Water. Exercise- but being careful
oh! and being AF

Emily that is great. I chickened out weighing today. I was 131 a few days a go (I am really short (61 inches). I feel super bloated. Keep doing what you are doing because it is working!

- I did take a peek as DS is back again before leaving for Cali to a job. NO! I don't blame him but such a skinny minny I have bought foods I don't usually and cooked plenty and my wait is up.

I'm about to try something new-

I am going to weigh in on Sunday August 25.
Then I am going to follow Eat to Live and train for my race.
I won't get on the scale again until 10/1. My physical got changed to that date.
That is 37 days or 38 if you count 10/1.
-After that once a week on wednesday- or possibly once a day. Whichever one works best.

Whole idea is to embrace the lifestyle and get healthy and have weight loss be a by product!
My weigh gain was an indication of poor choices that added up over time. Now to reverse!

Still 139. I do however have a new resolve. I have to present at a conference and my skirt is to snug. I need to lose a solid 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I am fully committed to do this with exercise and diet. I know it can be done and I will do it.

I too will do daily- with Wed as my official- I find daily works- when trying to lose because I see fluctuations and sometimes if I only do once a week- it will end up being up!

I have to get a tarp for my tent- looks like some rainy days.
I'm back on 7/5 in the afternoon and all gung ho! It has to go!
YES- at least we did not hit the 160's.. I would have seriously bummed out!!

Well that was just as bad as I thought it would be. Ok it was worse. I have not weighed this much in 7 years!


Rule number one: weigh in daily not matter what.

Rule number two: Run daily even if its just 1.5 miles.

I weighed in ..but since we rented a van- family vacation..I did not walk like I usually do AND I ate and drank whatever Iiked- so.. it is up- but I at least did not go back into 160's!
I did go on a beautiful hike with 2 of my kids + did walk..just not as much and just ATE!!!
Drinking was not overboard- max 5 drinks but mostly 2-3 but yes every day of vacation

(I am not going to post pic..or if I do will take them down..back to privacy about family and to be honest SP is more for health and weight loss support for me-)

Jami- you do it when it works for you!

Well being out to sea is one way to be AF. I got a nice 6 day run in of AF. Glad to be back home again. I really missed my hubby. He is so sweet he had a dozen roses and a card for me. And I wine glass. I will get caught and weigh in here in a few days.
