TINAROBB - Be sure to eat your 3 meals a day as well as your 1-3 snacks a day. Snacks will help to keep you from over eating at the next meal, help to keep your BSs from spiking and/or crashing, as well as to help to keep your metabolism going the way it should.

I don't remember what your FBS was before but evidently your FBS155 was lower than usual. emoticon !
