had cardiac rehab today and logged in 50 minutes of exercise. Then on to set in the dentist office for 2 hours to be told they couldn't pull the tooth yet. it is sleeting/snowing here and I was bummed out and wanted a pizza but I came home and had a healthy dinner -- stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes (I was prepared to have tooth pulled) peas and a tossed salad. Weight was up 2 ounces this morning but sugar level was good 112

first day of week two. I will exercise indoors today. It is raining and chilly out. I will give my weight loss tomorrow. I have a doctors appointment. I already cook most of my meals.

WEEK 2 - Day 1 (0.0) pound change this morning.

Walked for 20 minutes this morning, will do 15-20 more this evening. Not up to increasing those yet, glad Week 2 activity is the same as Week 1.

No weight loss today, but no gain either. I am adjusting today for reactive foods. Maybe I will be down in weight in the morning.

I already cook all my meals myself lately, so no problem with that part of Week 2. Sure makes tracking easier.

10,000 steps met. Nutrition tracked and good. Tired the White Beans, Spinach and Tomatoes over Linguine meal tonight, but we added tuna.
