Goals for September

1. Track sodium at least 5x a week
2. Walk dog at least 1x a day
3 Do pedaller 1x a day
4. Drink water

5/27....with helping our daughter move, I got completely out of routine with life getting crazy. So I forgot all about this thread and will be getting back into reality real soon now!!!

KarenMN goals:

2. To walk or bike at least 15 min. 3x/week.

Exercise - 20 min.

Progress for 5/15/15 Sodium today was - 1352
Exercise 50 min aquasize 20 min walk = 70 min!

Progress for 5/16/15 Sodium today was 917
Exercise - walk 20 min.

Progress for 5/17/15 Sodium today was 858
Exercise - walk 20 min

Progress for 5/18/15 Sodium today was 448 (really low!)
No exercise though :(
