Started out good but have faltered here lately. Life got in the way. I like to stick to my own little world but that isn't to be. Will have to adjust.

How is everyone doing on their exercising plans? I am doing wonderful! I decided to do the 30 Day Shred dvd from Jillian Michaels. Today was day 8 and I'm feeling so much better! I can already see a difference in my endurance levels and I'm seeing some positive changes in my body (jeans are fitting a little better!!). I hope everyone is doing great with their plans and getting healthier. Keep looking for my February challenge! It's coming soon! emoticon emoticon emoticon

1st Goal: lose 10% be at 237.4
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 213.6
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 192.2
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 173
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 155.7
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 140
7th Goal: Lose 7% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)

Hello AmyAnn, Hope things are going better for you.

I did set up an exercise program of sorts. I started last week doing 10 minutes 5 - 6 days a week. This week I am doing 15 minutes a day. Next week will be 20 minutes. And so on. Not sure where I will stop but I am sure I will know it when it comes.

Posting a little late, but I hope you all are doing great with your weight loss/get healthy goals. For our January challenge I was thinking we could try and add 10 minutes of exercise a day. If you already workout everyday that's wonderful! Try increasing your time or intensity if you are ready. If you don't workout yet, now is the perfect time to start. Even something as simple as walking in place for 10 minutes or stretching for 10 minutes is better than nothing. Reply to this post what exercises you are doing or what your workout goals are and we can all share ideas and motivation! I set a new goal for 2015 to walk, run, or bike 1,860 miles because that is the distance between my house and my best friend's house. If I start today I will need to go at least 5 miles a day! Good luck everyone! emoticon
