Sunday, August 9 Core Mutu (mummy tummy!) 15 minute core workout

Monday August 10 Strength Training MuTu plus 30 minute seated cardio

Tuesday August 11 Upper and Lower Body Upper body 1 hour circuit training at basketball, lower body 10 mins or so MuTu core work out

Wednesday August 12 Chair Marching 20 minute seated cardio inc chair marching plus MuTu

Thursday, August 13, Core yep, definitely covered that! MuTu core workout and a much adapted to be safe for me "HIIT" workout too.

Friday, August 14 Strength Training - Mutu core and leg strengthening

Saturday, August 15 Chair Marching - yes! I actually did what was on the list! 10 minutes seated cardio, mainly chair marching :-)
