walked sideways 10 minutes only then hurt my leg while doing my stair exercise with the therapist so she said not to do any exercise today just rest

very little chair marching yesterday but walked instead
today therapist came so over 50 minutes of various exercises for both upper & lower body

August 16 Chair Marching - rest day (3 hours sleep....not enough to function on!)
August 17 Upper & Lower Body Fitness - 40 minute seated cardio and strength training
August 18 Core - MuTu core training 10 mins
August 19 Strength Training - MuTu core training 10 mins plus 20 mins seated cardio
August 20 Chair Marching - no proper exercise today but getting ready for camping and dealing with a poorly daughter means I have already gone up and down stairs 12 times today, can I count that please?
August 21 Core
August 22 Upper & Lower Body Fitness - won't be on line to post however, I will be pitching a 5 man tent plus awning with steel poles on my own (daughter's EDS has flared up viciously so she won't be helping me....) I think that covers upper and lower body fitness?
