Yes! Thank you! I am getting the ok hopefully from my doctor today to do these. I still have a lot of shortness of breath from my congestive heart failure diagnosis. NASFKAB, I use the Quick Tracking under the Fitness Tracking at the top of my Start Page.

I enter the minutes, then type in the Activity, "Chair exercise, moderate to vigorous intensity." and save.
