On July 1 I will be 40lbs less than I am today
On July 1 I will be able to complete all 3 stages in full for the triathlon I am competing in August 9 (just working on the transition periods)
On July 1 I will be consistently eating more fruits and vegetables daily (over bread, cheese and crackers)
On July 1 I will be taking less energy medication for my chronic fatigue syndrome because of my healthier habits

By July 1st of 2020, I will have lost at least 20 pounds!
By July 1st of 2020, I will be consistently walking a mile per day.
By July 1st of 2020, I will consistently be eating at least 1 serving each of fruits & veggies per day!

Hey Girlies--This time around, I have logged in to SPARK 180 days. It's not my best record, but it's where I am right now. That being said, I don't feel like I've really set & chased down any of my goals. So on this thread I would LOVE to see your goals with the end date of July 1st. If you're new to goal setting or tentative...go easy. If you've got lofty goals for this year...be BOLD. But give yourself a goal (or 2 or 6) & let's cheer each other on along the way!!!
