It’s time to sign up for the OCTOBER BUDDY SUPPOiRT GROUP (BSG) CHALLENGE!

emoticon October Focus - Stretching & relaxation
The holiday months are coming again, sometimes we don't take the time to relax before we get so busy. This month the challenge is to take sometime everyday to relax. Meditate, stretch or do some yoga each day.

The challenge will run from WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3 through TUESDAY, OCTOBER 30 (with the last week's totals due on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 31).

Please sign up by SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 30; however, you can join later and will be placed on a team (typically the one with the least number of members).

NOTE: Sometimes things come up that prevent you from participating so, if after signing up or during the challenge you decide not to continue, send me, AMYBELLES, a Spark-Mail so that I can remove you from the list of challenge participants and also, as a courtesy to your team, please let them know as well.

****IF YOU DO NOT PARTICIPATE FOR AT LEAST 4 DAYS IN EACH WEEK AND YOU DO NOT LET YOUR TEAMMATES KNOW WHY YOU ARE NOT PARTICIPATING YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FOLLOWING MONTH’S CHALLENGE.****

emoticon emoticon We have a monthly theme to the BSGs to help guide those new to this journey or remind those that have been on it for some time. These themes are some of the basic things we all should/need to do in order to let go of unwanted pounds and fat from our bodies. This will help us learn more about healthy lifestyle change as well as prompt discussion.

We will be using the following template (bonus points sections may be added some weeks). They will consist of the following:

PART 1 - Chat Room: 50 points
PART 2 - Fitness: 1 point per minute (MAXIMUM OF 200 POINTS PER DAY)
PART 3 - Health/Nutrition: 1 POINT per OUNCE of water you drink each day.
BONUS A - Bonus Blog 200 points
BONUS B – Bonus: Interact with BSG team participants: 10 points each (MAXIMUM OF 50 POINTS PER DAY)
BONUS C - Add your first name and BSG team name to your signature line / Congratulate winners of previous week’s BSG Challenge
BONUS D - Have your points totaled by the deadline
