I do a 5K almost every day 9.3 miles yesterday

I did my first 5k run/walk this Oct 11,2014
I met this lady I will call her "J" she was a brisk walker and done lots of 5k run/walk and I caught up to her and start jogging, I have never jogging 3.1 miles before and it felt good to something this wonderful and I don't plan on stopping at one 5k I do see more in my future.

Great job Bonnie! I understand trying to keep walking with injuries is difficult at times. I am a diabetic and have problems with my knees and hips from nerve damage and a few car accidents (was rear ended three times while I was at a dead stop), but lately have found that the walking is making it hurt less and I have gained new energy levels. Keep on trying, and hopefully it will help you get better too. emoticon emoticon

emoticon I am doing good if I walk 2 miles. I am having pain in my knees again. I am waiting for the injections to come into my Dr. office so I can have another go round.

In September I participated in 2 5k's & 1 10K & this past weekend I did an 8 mile moonlight walk. It was fantastic.
