With the Holidays over and we are wanting to get back into our healthy lifestyle, this challenge is an individual challenge that you can do to accomplish the goals. The goals to achieve are as follows:

1 - WATER - 8 Glasses per day.
2 - CARDIO - At least 3 times per week
3 - STRENGTH - At least 2 times per week .
4 - VEGETABLES - 5 per day.
5 - PAMPER - Yourself 15 minutes per day.

To participate just copy the five goals in a reply message and answer yes or no to each goal. Look forward to you participating.
