Yeah, I have only lost 1 pound this week. Which means by Thanksgiving I can potentially gain .5 more. So I didn't even really do my own challenge. But at least I am losing weight!

A pound a week is a great and healthy pace to lose. I have read that up to 3 pound a week is healthy anymore than that is not so healthy. It is great that your husband is workig with you and supportive, that is allways a plus for success too. keep the positive outlook and attitude and you will be there in no time. Wonder

I need to renew my goals. Keep it simple and keep it fun. Learn to love my body and my self too. Then I will not abuse myself with excessive food intake, I will honor my physical needs(the need to be fit!)

I really want to lose my weight. My husband I readjusted my goals and I am really excited! I really feel that I can at least lose 1 pound a week! In order for me to lose the 4 quickly I feel is due to just my changes in lifestyle.

Kayla good luck, you sound determined and I bet you will make you goal. If you don't, no worries. slow weight loss is good too, as are healthy life changes. You are doing great. emoticon
Keep that determination and you will be there in no time.
Ida you are doing really good too. It is hard for me but It helps to try to remain focused on each positive step you take to make your goals. I hope you feel better soon too. It is a good plan to pay attention on holidays, it is easy to snack too much without realizing it. So mindful eating is a great plan. Keep smiling and stay healthy.

emoticon I hope you make your goal. I wish I could do that. I'm trying so hard one day I will.
I'm going to really watch what I eat on Thanksgiving.
and just take one day at a time. My stomach has been sick this last week so not eating much of anything wright now. Ida emoticon

Thanksgiving is 9 days away. With determination and will power I have challenged myself to lose 4 pounds by Thanksgiving. I would rather honestly lose 5 lbs and see 169 on the scale but to be more realistic I am shooting for 4 lbs!
