Day one-11//26 3 mile WATP workout--45 minutes.

Day two-11/27 3 mile WATP workout--45 minutes 45 minutes heavy cleaning and 20 minutes walking dog

Day three-11/28 Walk/Jog WATP 2 1/2 30 minutes. Walking dog 20 minutes

Wonder just jump in when you can!

Hey all,
Like this challenge I am on board will try to keep up with posting regular. Courts over should be back to semi-normal now.Still struggling with the time of working out, I work now three jobs, fitting it in somewhere it hard. I will try, thanks for the motivation. Wonder

I need to renew my goals. Keep it simple and keep it fun. Learn to love my body and my self too. Then I will not abuse myself with excessive food intake, I will honor my physical needs(the need to be fit!)

I don't know about everyone else but the holidays are really a tough time for me. With all the wonderful holiday foods. I need something to keep me on track so I don't start gaining again. So I was thinking that it might be fun to start an exercise streak and see how long we can continue it. I am starting today. Anything counts. We will report our progress here. Do I have any takers?
