Running: 7.5 miles (4.4 miles to go)
Cross training: 70 minutes (60 down, 10 to go)
Strength Training: 30 minutes
Yoga: 30 minutes (10 down, 20 to go)

Monday: 5 min yoga; 30 min xt
Tuesday: 5 min yoga; 3.2 miles
Wednesday: 30 min xt

My challenge is to complete 1 week of what one of my New Year Resolution is.

1. 2x at the gym this week
2. 20 - 30 min walk after lunch
3. 1/2 mile walk after work, before I get on the bus



I tell my children, Learn their Past, to Understand their Present, to see what needs to be Changed in the Future.

Elliptical: 100 minutes
Paddling erg: 100 minutes
Strength training: 3x this week

1/06/08:
Elliptical: 20 minutes (80 to go!)
Paddling erg: 25 minutes (75 to go!)
Strength training: 0 (3x to go still)

Rather than limit it to a 5k goal - how about a general fitness challenge? Make a schedule for yourself and post your progress.
