My plan is to clean out the attic of all Christmas decorations and begin putting them up and cleaning the garage for openers. I will run 30 minutes (1 mile) per day on the Nordic track ellipse and do the wii fit for 30 minutes per day. That is abut all this 67 year old body can take with all the climbing the stairs to the attic and ladders to do the Christmas decorations and put back the Halloween and Thanksgiving decorations. emoticon

Sun: Rest
Mon: 105 Wall Pushups & 45 min Cycling - didn't do it.
Tues: Same Did it!
Wed: Same Did it!
Thurs: Same Doing it!
Fri: Same
Sat: 60 min brisk walk

Mon: yoga and 3.5 mi run
Tues: 2.5 mile run
Wed: 35 min xt
Thurs: 2 mile run
Fri: rest
Sat: 50 min xt
