EARTHSEAME, your walking meditation does sound nice. Are the guided meditations that you are using specifically geared to walking?

I will leave you to enjoy this serene experience, as I don't think I would be able to do it, myself... My dogs would be upset if I went for a walk without them, and there would be no chance for meditating if I did bring them along! LOL

I have been enjoying the videos and workouts in Denise Austin's challenge. This has been particularly good for me because I have been fighting off some depression, the past week or so, and Denise is so relentlessly, perpetually cheery that depression doesn't stand a chance around her. Some people are just adorable and cute all their lives.

I went for a walk yesterday while listening to a guided mediation. I enjoyed it so much I am doing it again today since the weather is not too bad.

Oh... My... Goddess! Denise Austin! I worked out to her aerobics show like a century ago when she was just getting started! Back then, she was kind of squeaky goofy but very sweet, and I liked her and her workouts. I am SO going to try out her December workout!!!

OK, I just looked, and she is still squeaky goofy! Yay! This is going to be fun!
