The is Day 4 of Week 1 for me and its my first SP Challenge that I AM GOING TO COMPLETE! I want the trophy. I really like the diversity of the 10 minute videos. It's keeps it fresh and interesting. :) I got in a 35 minute walk too. I'm finding that the consistency of exercising is motivating me to stay within my calorie range as I track on Spark. THIS is what I need. I want to hit 25 pounds down and I'm really close. Then onward to 30! emoticon
