I completed EVERYTHING for Week #2!!! I was gone all of today (Sunday) which is the last day of Week 2 for me. I had to do my 10 minute video and a bonus video AND I DID IT! I'm so grateful for this challenge. I wouldn't have the discipline and success I'm having with consistent exercise. Also, I've been wanting to do toning exercises and I didn't really get into the Spark exercise videos and now I'm in the groove with it and I realize that these are just perfect for me to incorporate into my life. emoticon

This bootcamp challenge is just what I needed to refocus and change it up with my body. I am now 26 pounds lighter! God is good and my Spark family is an answer to prayer! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I am thrilled with the variety in the challenge
adding this to my existing workout..worried me...I am surprised at how I am sticking with it
...no real weight loss success but I did knock off about 3.5 inches in total body measures.....feeling good

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

i let myself go and i gained 14 lbs but my new goal weight is to lose and get to 130. i have 32 lbs to lose

I hope your foot feels better soon. My biggest problem is getting motivated I'm home all day by myself even though my husband gives me support its still hard cause he is a truck driver and gone all the time.

I know, I joined this challenge three weeks ago and have only done two weeks of videos or anything, mostly because I hurt my foot and have been on vacation for the past week. But I really want to be able to wear my bikini, too! And now that the weather is getting so warm, I'm starting to realize I need to get on that ball!

Even though this is my second week in the challenge its my first week doing anything. I'm sick of doing nothing. I got on the scale this morning and realized that I gained weight instead of losing it. I want to fit into my bikini by this summer so I need to start doing the work now.
