I surprised myself by finishing. I had trouble near the end and truly thought I wouldn't be able to finish but, I DID IT!!! YAY me!!
I proved to myself that I can do anything I put my mind to. It helped me immensely.
My body is holding on to the weight but slowly it's giving it up. I'm concentrating on the journey and not the scale.
In 10 weeks I've: lost 10 pounds,Cut out white bread & rice, increased my vegetable consumption, snack on fruits and veggies and cheese, listen to my body and when I'm "comfortable" I stop eating, don't eat after 8 pm, measure and weigh my "red light" foods,
let myself indulge once a month on chocolate.(measured out of course!), began to use my Nutriblast
And last but not least: MY NEW WAY OF EATING FEELS LIKE MY NORMAL WAY OF EATING!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Yes! Woohoo! I did it! I am proud of me and I've really gotten so much more savvy about the Spark videos and I feel stronger and I've lost weight during these 4 weeks. What's next? I will blog about all the benefits of doing a Spark Challenge on my Spark page today, plus I am so motivated to keep going. emoticon
