Exercise. When I'm consistent with my calorie burning cardio (you know, the kind that makes you sweat) then that is a cornerstone to more healthy living overall.

so watch portions and less snacks....

My main goal is more fitness! I have been severely lacking in this lately. Sciatica hasn't helped, but 2013 was the worst year for me fitness wise. 2012 I ran a half marathon and walked thousands of miles. This year...well. 2014 will be better! emoticon
