I had to ponder this a bit. I'm going to change mine up this month. I am using the same goal as August for my LTGL Break goal. I'll branch out here and change it up.

emoticon Cardio: at least 6 days a week
emoticon Strength: at least 3 days a week

Cardio is my strong suit. The strength training on a regular basis is a new habit I'm committing too!

Okay, mine is to keep moving throughout the day. With my new job, there should be no reason why I can't. Also, I need to stay fruit and veggie heavy when eating.

And weigh myself...as a tool and not a punishment or reward, or an excuse to eat.
