Running is definitely my favorite cardio workout. I don't really have a second favorite, but I HAVE started taking spinning classes. Spinning gives a great cardio workout; it's easier on the knees, and it can be done when the weather is bad. I have a gadget that I can hook my bike up to so that I can workout at home, but spin classes are very motivating.

My favorite of course is running because when I get out on the road I begin to relax my mind and I just feel so good inside and out when I am done. My second favorite is hiking because you not only get the cardio portion but depending on how difficult the hike, you are working some of your other muscles at the same time.
