I would contact my doctor or nutritionist and ask them for advice.

My blood pressure some days is only 80/60. If I do no exercise for 3 days at all it goes to 120/70. My Dr. said to add more salt to raise it, most food I eat is real food,no fast foods or imitation foods with extra salt in it. I suppose I should try adding a teaspoon a day of salt to my foods. I exercise a lot and have been told with my kidney disease I need more salt & potassium after I exercise,so should try some Gatorade after exercise to raise these levels fast after exercise. Salt & potassium & water is used during exercise, extra is used if you have kidney disease & exercise. So you need more then other people.
