So I'm wicked pear shaped and I noticed this week that my scrub tops can go over my hips they don't sit nicely but I can at least get them over my hips which is huge for me! Next mile stone is when they'll naturally fall there

Today I realized that even though not all my food choices this weekend were stellar but I did not have one sweet or treat all weekend. That is huge for me. That makes three whole weeks without sugary treats. And that is truly amazing for me and I need to celebrate that victory!!

Real life is possible when you can set aside the things that weigh you down and prevent happiness from reaching the surface.

This past couple of days I have been working to get back on track with my weight loss. Today was actually day two. I had my meals all planned out. I got off of work, went to pick up my son from daycare, and as I was pulling up to the daycare, my husband called. It turned out that my grandparents were in town and they were at my aunt and uncle's house and they were inviting us over to visit and have dinner. Part of me feels bad but I was almost a little perturbed. I don't handle last minute changes great. But I thought ok yeah, it is my grandparents we do need to go see them. I was all worried about staying on track on the way there, and I am happy to say that I stayed within my calories! Yay! And had a nice visit. :)

1 inch off my waist, hips, and bust! 1/2 inch off my upper thigh and arm! I also can zip my winter coat now no problem!

recalculated my BMI today... I am no longer considered obese. Looking forward to the day they can no longer categorize me as overweight!

I've been regularly going to the gym and burning around 500-800 calories each time I go. I've been eating the right things and drinking lots of water. I feel like I'm really doing a good job...it feels so nice to be proud of myself.
