Today's plan

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with honey, grapes, Clementine,muesli

Lunch: avocado, salad (from a bag of mixed salad), ham, tomato

Snack: mixed nuts and dried fruit

Dinner: fish (break fillet) cooked with lemon, creme fraiche and dill, little potatoes with skins on, curly kale, and another veg.

Then tonight it's the get together downstairs. I'm taking the chocs I was given yesterday. Goodness knows what else there might be!
