Personally, if I can get close or similar, I'm OK with it if there's not an exact match (and if it's not an item that will be an every day thing). LOL if it tastes to good to be true it probably is...

Sometimes tracking (for me, anyway) falls into the category of being more aware of what I'm eating, the portion and the nutrition factor that anything else....stuff I didn't think much about back when the scale was reading 40+ more.

So, track it the best way you can and move on.

I went out for dinner I tracked evrything I ate today:) but their site does not have one thing I ate. So what now? I guess I can compare it to taco bells caramel apple empanada it was about the same taste and size....

For Thursday

2) Track 100% food, no matter how good or bad, track it! emoticon

3) Track everything you drink.....track and post all the calories you drink 3 days! Water, water, water, no coffee, one caffeine diet coke, one 4oz glass of wine (95 calories)

Oh! Dinner was so yummy last night! A little grilled ahi and ono, a couple grilled shrimp and I grilled a portobella cap & half a zucchini stuffed with chopped veggies and a little mozz...wish it wasn't raining so I could do another shroom cap and zuch!

Found a new recipe for a really good Thai marinade for chicken - spicy, a bit sweet and a tad salty. Can't wait to toss that around on the grill!

I started tracking my sodium the other day. Wow!! I really get a lot of sodium, but I think it balances out because of how much water I drink. (At least I am not swelling up in my feet.) I have low blood sodium when I have a blood test...I don't think table salt helps that...anyone know?? Angie

Here's your challenge for the week to help focus on Nutrition!

1) Keep on eating and tracking breakfast, every day.

2) Track 100% food, no matter how good or bad, track it!

3) Track everything you drink....latte's, coffee, tea with honey, adult beverages....track and post all the calories you drink 3 days!

4) Add sodium to your nutritional tracker and see how much salt is in the foods you are eating (should be accurate since we are tracking 100% this week).
