Unlike most people, I found Phase 1 easy in that I knew exactly what to do and what not to do. Now I'm in Phase 2 and it is easier in some respects (I love adding fruit back into my meals and snacks) but I am at a loss as to how much to eat. Are there any resources or guidelines which talks about portion control for fruits and healthy carbs? I know you are supposed to eat until you are satisfied but I'm thinking that there may be a list of portion sizes somewhere. Thanks in advance.
