Hi all.
Vitamix seems to be a favoured brand then...
Smoothies is no problem really, it's when baking with dates, they need to get ground into a pulp, and with a hand held mixer they just get stuck in the blades and nothing more happens...

Vitamix. You need the strong motor. Cleaning is easy. Add water and a few drops of soap. Run the blender. Rinse in clear water. Done.

If it's GOING TO BE, it's up to ME ! I can, I will, I am DOING.

I live my Vita-mix. Cleaning really isn't too bad. I am wondering if you wan to make the dates into a powder...could you coat them with corn starch?
I use mine every week. Soups dips....smoothies. seeds and all.

Dear all,
I do a lot of smooties and also bake with dates to reduce sugar. I am in dire need of a good blender.
One that does not stop when the dates get too sticky. And, one that is easy to clean.
What do you use? Do you have any good tips?
Happy new year to you all!
