I am so excited that I won the contest and an added bonus is that I got to spend some time getting to know Issy. The Spark Solution is a book that has been on my wishlist and it is full of things that I really didn't think of before. It really is the little things that add up.

I am looking forward to fishing the book and applying it to my life. Thanks Issy.

Don't forget this is the last week to enter the contest....don't miss out.
I have had great results from following the diet, even thou I did a lot of swaps in the recipes and even in the fitness area.
Still lost 3 lbs which is the most I have lost all in one week.
You can do it too!
