i just started here today, as far as spark goes, but i have lost ten pounds so far, before today, anyway i was at 176, now i am at 166 as of today, so we will see next week, good luck all emoticon

I was 64.2 kg this morning, 200 g less than two weeks ago so I'm happy. I have about half a kilo to go until my pre-Christmas weight. I'm doing a little experiment with myself where I don't weigh every single thing I eat like I used to. I more or less always eat the same things during the day anyway. I hate all the weighing and measuring. So far I'm still losing weight and I'm much more relaxed.

Maintenance Lessons Learned:
-go on with the healthy lifestyle learned in weight loss phase
-just add healthy foods gradually to stop losing
-work out every day - 30-60 minutes is enough to maintain weight and good mood
-do not try to balance overeating by extreme workouts, it is not going to work
-avoid overeating, instead of satisfaction you get stronger cravings

WOW everyone is doing great!!! Me not so much..stayed the same AGAIN!!! So I'm still stuck at 229pounds. I'm discouraged because I've been working really hard both with excercise and watching what I eat.

Way to go everyone!! Seeing all this weightloss is soo encouraging.

My first weigh in on this team is from Monday 234. The most I've EVER weighed. Looking forward to a loss next week. My regular weigh in day used to be Fridays, so I'll see how I do with that. Hopefully atleast a slight loss.

Well I am surprised at this week. I actually lost weight. I am now down to 160.
This week was a very hard week for me as I made a fast trip back to KS to empty
out a storage shed. I lost a bit of weight and my fiancé gained a little. OOPS!

I moved my scale to my new apartment now it says I gained 5 pounds! :( :(.
