Well, I've completed day 1 of my w2. It's been a good workout day; I really felt like I got in everything that I wanted to. I can't wait to see what everyone else is able to get in today, and I hope you're all as happy with your day as I am with mine (because our own satisfaction in what we've accomplished is one of the most important factors in my opinion). I'm really noticing how much happier I am with myself when I get in my workouts, especially my morning cardio & SP videos.

Hey Purplealley...you should be able to bring up the week 2 email by clicking on the link in the challenge details box at the top of the challenge page. The daily videos are the same this week (you can get to them by clicking on the more challenge resources link in the challenge details box).

Here is the Week 2 Action plan that I got in my email.

Week 2 Action Plan
Follow your 7-day Jumpstart plan. Do one 10-minute toning video each day and pick five days you can also do cardio to help burn calories and blast fat.

Mon 1-9-12 10 min Lower Body Sculpt; Bonus 15 min. Desk Workout Video; Walk/Jog intervals 30min mile; 30min walking the Pups !

Tue 1-10-12 10 min Bootcamp Video; 8min Athletic Cardio Video; Walk/Jog intervals 30min mile !

Wed 1-11-12 10min Seated Core Video; 30min walking the Pups; 30min mile walking the neighborhood !

Thur 1-12-12 10min Pilates Hip&Thigh Video; 5min Beginners Abs-Ball Workout; 120 min
shoveling snow !

Fri 1-13-12 10min Arm Sculpting Workout Video; Bonus 15 min Desk Workout Video;
30min mile Walk/Jog intervals !

Sat 1-14-12 15min Abs Workout Video; 30min mile Walk/Jog intervals !

Great job everyone!

Completed my first week!! yeah! I also started a weight loss challenge with my husband and 2 dear friends! We've set some rewards and goals! Very exciting to have another couple doing this with me!

Did my bonus video already today because I had the time and have no clue what the week brings sometimes, so I wanted to get it in! SparkPeople's Butt Blasting Workout (6 minutes) was great! Short & sweet but definately kicked my butt! haha I'm planning on adding it again later this week!

Week 2 - Day 1:
I did 30 minutes of walking and the 10 minute cardio video warm up.
I did the 20 minute dumb bell videos.

week one was amazing! Waiting to weigh in tomorrow in the a.m. and kick some A in the coming week :D I'm doing the New YOU Bootcamp workouts this week :D, again only the first day is cardio, the rest are strength training :D

1/08/12- 10 minute Cardio Kickboxing SP, 8 minute Athletic Intervals SP, 15 minutes yoga (Kinect), 3 minutes fast dancing, and a 40 minute walk/jog (2.8 miles)

1/09/12- 15 minutes yoga, 9 minute Lower Body workout SP, 15 minutes kickboxing (Kinect), 10 minutes Kinect game, and 20 minutes ST (crunches, squats, pushups, tricep dips)

1/10/12- 10 minutes yoga, 12 minutes seated core and 7 minutes upper body SP videos, 26 minutes Kinect exercise, and 6 minutes of dancing

1/11/12- 9 minutes yoga, 10 minutes pilates hip & thigh SP video, 25 minutes strength training, and 28 minutes Kinect exercise

1/12/12- 21 minutes yoga, 67 minute walk/jog (5.03 miles), and 11 minutes of Kinect exercise

1/13/12- 30 minutes yoga, 9 minutes arm toning and 15 minutes abs SP videos, 25 minutes strength training, and 1 minute of Kinect exercise

1/14/12- 9 minutes yoga, 72 minutes walking, and 35 minutes Kinect exercise

I lost 5.2 lbs during W1 and another 1.1 lbs during week 2. Total (so far) 6.3 lbs! emoticon

Week two: Here we go. emoticon

1/08/12- 8 min. SP Upper Body Sculpt. I did day three vs. day one today. I was up all night sick and didn't want to push it. But I got my 8 in.
1/09/12- 8 min. SP Lower Body Sculpt, Run/walk 1 mile, Ab Ripper X 1set of 15reps
1/10/12- 8 min. SP Upper Body Sculpt, Cardio X for 45 minues.
1/11/12- SP Core, walk/run 2 miles
1/12/12- No SP Video (internet was down), 60 min. Zumba
1/13/12- 10 min. SP Pilates, 9 min. Arms SP video, walk/run 10 min. = .6 miles
1/14/12- SP 15 min. abs, SP 12 min. pilates abs, Zumba 30 min. toning with 3 lb. wts.

Woot Woot, week 2 DONE!!

I'm so ready for week 2 ,week 1 was awesome.I lost 4.4lbs doing videos and daily routine.eating right. emoticon to all those that made it through and for the rest of you keep pushing yourself emoticon .

Just have to do the abs workout to finish week one. My first real test will be next weekend. I am going to IA for myDad's 80th party! Also Internet will be sketchy at best hopefully between my iPhone and videos I can keep up : )

I have smashed week 1 into submission, and I am looking forward to another successful week.
