One of my personal favorite holidays is this month, Thanksgiving. All the good food, the turkey, mashed potatoes, with my Mom's gravy, the best in the world. Butternut squash, turnip and carrot, bean casserole, and of course pumpkin and apple pie. I am so glad that this year I belong to the aquatic and fitness center to help me burn off those extra calories.

What are you going to pledge this month for fitness minutes? For those new to the team, take how many minutes you exercise a day and multiply by how many days you exercise that month. There are 30 days in November. Both strength training and cardio count as fitness minutes. Again, anyone going over 2,000 fitness minutes, I will personally give a 100 point spark goodie of their choice, 3,000 minutes a 200 point spark goodie.
