Made my goal of weighing 162 by Thanksgiving.
My goal for December is to weigh 160 by 12/31/12.
It is getting more difficult to lose weight. Only have 20 to 25 pounds yet to lose.
I will just keep on keeping on.

I hope others did better than I did on my goals. That Monday that I went to the pool was the only time I went to the pool. It was not a very good month for me. Let's hear how others did. Well, December is here, in 12 hours, so time to start fresh.

Started out weighing 219 pounds.
Just for today I weigh 166 pounds.
Goal is to weigh 162 by Thanksgiving.
If I make it.... emoticon .
If I don't there is always tomorrow and will get as close as I can to attaining my goal. emoticon .

I will drink 8 glasses of water a day
I will get at least 90 minutes of cardio /strength a week
I will lose 3 lbs by Thanksgiving
I will do my best to get out of this funk and count my blessings everyday.

November goals:

Keep my "cut the soda" streak going--14 weeks and counting!!! emoticon

Establish an indoor exercise routine emoticon but keep working at it

Get a new haircut emoticon By new haircut I meant a simple trim...I haven't had that kind of time for myself in at least 6 months. Was planning to do it today and as always something else took precedence.Sigh

Keep my intake under 2000 calories for AT LEAST 10 days....will post one star for each day!
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon 9 out of 10. I give myself a thumbs up for every single one of those.

Adding an extra weigh in to my week to keep accountable--Mondays and Thursdays (except one weigh in will be on the day after Thanksgiving since I will be traveling and won't have access to a scale)

11/19: 159 emoticon And I really gave it an honest effort.
11/23: 161 This is getting out of control and I am NOT tolerating this.

Get the house super clean for my T-Day guests

Set a goal for November and write it out on this thread. At the end of the month whoever reaches that goal will get a woohoo goodie either from the team or from me. Remember to make S.M.A.R.T. goals and of course short term. We all can do this. Here are some examples.

I will maintain my weight for this month.
I will drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water.
I will lose 4 pounds this month.
I will partake in the challenges.
I will try a new recipe at least once a week.
