12/2: 150 min. Spent most of the day cleaning and moving boxes. According to my bodybugg I burned over 100 calories doing it. Whoo Whoo!!
12/3: 60 min. raking wet leaves. Talk about a workout. Burned over 400 calories and could feel it in my arms and abs.
12/4: 150 min... raking my yards again and then my neighbors. Burned just short of 1000 calories doing it.
12/5: 65 min... 27 min cardio and 38 min strength training
12/6: 135 min… 60 min cardio, 15 min strength training and 60 min heavy house cleaning.
12/7: 140 min… 75 min at the gym and 60 min of walking
12/8: 120 min… 60 min at the gym and 60 min or heavy house cleaning.

12/2: 150 min. Spent most of the day cleaning and moving boxes. According to my bodybugg I burned over 100 calories doing it. Whoo Whoo!!
12/3: 60 min. raking wet leaves. Talk about a workout. Burned over 400 calories and could feel it in my arms and abs.

I printed out my december workout calendar and as I've said I am pushing myself hard through the whole month. I am planning 2,257 cardio minutes. Thats not including the jumpstart and bootcamp workouts I joined the other day or strength so it should be higher. I hope I can do this. emoticon emoticon GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!

I always forget to use the fitness log in on SP, but I usually write every day in my journal, the minutes of exercise.....mostly walking, situps & leg....but I will have to try to hit at least ............. 950 minutes in December.

I am guilty of not doing this last month. I could blame it on my computer because the cardio part of the tracker doesn't fit to be added. It is messed up bad. I would be telling the truth but it is just an excuse. I don't even think I had 250 minutes. Like they say thought that was last month this is this month. I am starting over, from the beginning. With this being said:

For the month of December I am pledging 621 fitness minutes.
