Last month I did 1,840 minutes,but I was sick for two weeks now I am feeling great and hoping to do much better this month so I am going for 90 to 120 minutes a day.

Last month I did 1,840 minutes,but I was sick for two weeks now I am feeling great and hoping to do much better this month so I am going for 90 to 120 minutes a day.

It has been far too long friends. I am starting off with some zeros, but I think this board will help me get rid of those.

I'm not setting a goal this month, just want to see what I can do even though it is COLD out!! I am working on my streak of 10 minutes per day. Anything will be an improvement--I have had no time for myself lately. And by no time, I really mean it.

2/1: 0 (But I did a ton of cleaning and moving things around)
2/2: 0 (Family birthday party...1/2 day cleaning and moving things around. Offset by food though.)
2/3: 20--Shoveling snow! I was out there for awhile but only counted 20 minutes for a more accurate calorie burn estimate.
2/4: 0--Typical Monday...blah blah blah. My only excuse was the cold weather and scrambling to prepare for a deadline.
2/5: 0--More deadline prep, shuffingling...and COLD weather. Is it summer yet?
2/6: 0--But I made some progress clearing the garage to bring the treadmill back in. FINALLY there is room in the basement and we have adequate child proof accomodations so we can put it there.
2/7: 0--Thought for the day...I need to start up my exercise blogs again now that things are finally settling down.
2/8: 20--walking even though it was cold and windy, and my stress level was at a high.
2/9: 0 again...it was just me and the kids.
...

Ended up with 221 minutes for the month. Not bad...but want to do better.
